What happens if my item is lost in the mail (Domestic within Australia)?

Occasionally an item will not arrive at the fault of Australia Post. For higher priced items, I have built $200 of insurance into the Domestic shipping costs so that your item can be replaced as soon as possible. Buyers can also add in signature on delivery as a shipping extra.

Items which have been tracked and marked as "delivered" by the mail carrier will only be replaced where the item description states that insurance has been included, or if insurance has been added as an extra by the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow up with Australia Post if a "delivered" item has not been insured.

Where insurance is not included or offered as a shipping extra, items lost will be replaced or a full refund given.

What happens if my item is lost in the mail (International)?

Occasionally an item will not arrive at the fault of your mail carrier. For higher priced items, I have built $200 of insurance into the International shipping costs so that your item can be replaced as soon as possible.

Where the item description does not state that insurance is included, the buyer can select this as an "add on" during checkout and is advised.

Please note that the default shipping is Economy Air which does not include a tracking number. If a tracking number is required, please select the "Standard with tracking" upgrade. Other upgrades for faster shipping are also available on request.
